And now for something completely different, slightly bizarre and totally out there! This size 5 ¾ ring features a polished chunk of NATURAL STONE (SODALITE?) that is prong set with hand made twisted prongs, in an oblong bowl of gunmetal. I believe it to be Sterling (with a gunmetal plating) but it is not marked and has not been tested so it's being sold as costume. This amazing piece measures 1 ½" long by 1 ½" wide and rises ½" above your finger. It is completely hand made and in excellent condition. I love the look of this Sterling (marked 925 and DTR) size 9 ½ ring. Two gorgeous types of stones, one fabulous design! Each of these 925 (Sterling) rings is quite weighty and features six prong set ovals of PERIDOT and AMETHYST, respectively. They measure 1" wide by ½" long across the top and have a ¼" wide band. The Peridot is a size 8 ½, while the Amethyst is a size 7 ½. *HUGE* might even be an understatement about this *ENORMOUS* size 10 plus ring. Made of silver tone metal, it features a GENUINE LAPIS top with hand carved intaglio of a bearded man (a bit crude) in a raised bezel setting and surrounded by a lower level of GENUINE TURQUOISE and CORAL cabochons. This heavy and giant section measures 1 7/8" in diameter and stands ½" tall. The giant band has etched and embossed designs and is not a perfect circle so cannot be measured accurately…but it fits size 10 with plenty of room to spare. It is in very good condition…there is some wear to the underside and some of the etchings on the band are worn.
