The original gift box will help ensure that your return arrives safely. Place the item on top of the cotton insert with a layer of bubble wrap on top. Close the box securely using the original ribbon, a rubber band or tape.

If you still have the original shipping box, this can be reused. Bubble envelopes are also acceptable and Priority Mail boxes are free at the post office, though the cost of Priority Mail is higher than 1st Class.

Please *do not* use non-padded or plain envelopes, as the items inside will likely be crushed.

If you are using a bubble envelope, no further cushioning is need. For returns using shipping boxes, place the item in the shipping box with a layer of peanuts, packing paper or tissue underneath for cushioning. Place another layer of cushioning on top of the item and close securely with shipping tape.

We recommend insurance, since many of our items are fragile. The choice is ulitmately yours, but if you ship without, you are shipping at your own risk.
