I'm told that this lovely little cross pin is a Zuni watch holder. It is dotted with turquoise cabochons in tiny saw tooth bezel settings and measures 1 1/8" by 1 1/8". It is made of silver tone metal (I have not tested it for silver) and has a small hook on the back for a watch or other dangle. It could also very easily be worn as a pendant if you so desire.
