A very ornate, three dimensional shoe dangles from a braided bar pin in this 1 3/4" long by 1 5/8" wide adornment. The shoe is made of brass with a dark aqua painted interior with red painted accents on the filigree and it is in very good condition. It features a soft and translucent orange plastic leaf (think cantaloupe for the color) with a small clear rhinestone and an enameled lady bug. This loveable lion looks to be 30s or 40s and was likely a mascot. Charmingly made, he consists of several pieces of suede, stuffed to give dimension and hand cut, stitched and painted. His mane is dyed blue fur…faux or real I don't know. He measures approximately 3 1/2" long by 3 3/8" wide and is lightweight with an old fashioned safety pin, pinned right through the back.
