Like your fish to go? This fun necklace is a well made reproduction (see below) of a 1940's book piece, featuring gold tone metal fishies in a Lucite fish bowl. The pendant has a gold tone metal rim with chain attached on either side and measures 1 1/2" long by 1 1/2" wide. The double linked, soft gold tone metal chain is just shy of 27" long. The Lucite has a pleasing, slightly citrine/apple juice hue to it. Very good condition. Note: I have owned this necklace for a very long time, bought it from a dealer as an original 1940's piece (duh!) and am selling it for less than I paid. Glorious cloisonné and articulated bodies make both of these three dimensional fish charms/pendants something special. The smaller fish measures 2 3/8" wide by 7/8" long and is colored in brilliant dark coral and turquoise shades in beaded gold tone metal scales. His bottom fins and tail fin are articulated along with his undulating body and the whiskers on his face give him a very real expression. The larger fish measures 2 1/2" wide by 1 1/8" long and is colored in red, pink and cobalt blue hues.
