From the 1920s-30s, these lovely screw back earrings feature a cat's eye operculum (from a turban shell) colored in green, brown and white and bezel set in silver tone metal. They measure 3/4" long by 5/8" wide and are in very good vintage condition. The backs are marked "Sterling" and look like they might have been a modification. There was no way I could resist these funky fish earrings from the 1980s. Made of white plastic with a jointed tail section (cleverly camouflaged with sequins), they each have a clear plastic fin (separate section), sparkly pink flat back rhinestones and an art glass beaded eye.
